Getting Started
If you are serious about adoption, get in touch. Once you contact us, we’ll phone you within 24-48 hours. We will send you an application form and information that describes the adoption process, time frames and fees. You will need to submit the following materials to us:
- Application Form
- Autobiography: a 500-1,000 word statement that summarizes your childhood, relationship with your family of origin, domestic situation, current relationships, education, work, future plans, attitudes towards children, and what it means to you to adopt.
- Three letters of recommendation: ask 3 people who know you well to describe the qualities that make you well suited to adopt a child, and any reservations they may have.
- Responsibility Agreement and Contract
- Payment
